Off-Roading Education Law In Effect For Idaho
Idaho lawmakers passed a bill that makes changes to the education requirements to operate an off -road vehicle.
All un-licensed drivers are now required to take a course to ride on forest service roads while people under the age of 15 must ride under supervision. However, this rule does not apply to designated trails for off-roading.
All riders who took the course must now carry their certificate of completion while they are riding or they will be fined.
