Sandpoint woman admits stealing firearms
A Sandpoint woman pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to stealing firearms from a Ponderay business.
Jennifer Dunnagan, 23, broke into Pawn Now in December 2011 and stole 33 guns. She faces up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and up to three years probation. Dunnagan will be sentenced October 26th.
Her co-defendant, 18-year old Christopher Garlin, will go on trial for the crimes in October.
